Quotes and Product Information
Website inquiries, quote wizard summaries and WhatsApp messages do not create a binding order. Pricing, MOQ, lead time, material structure, printing method, packing details and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing by MASUPACK before production or shipment.

For custom packaging, buyers are responsible for providing accurate product use, size, artwork, label content, compliance requirements, destination market requirements and quantity information. Buyer-provided artwork, logos, trademarks and files must be legally authorized for use.
Samples, Production and Delivery
Free samples may be available for suitable projects, and the buyer usually pays shipping cost. Sample availability, production timing, proofing requirements and shipping arrangements depend on the product type and written communication.
Quality and Compliance Documents
Food-contact test reports, material documents and related quality information can be provided according to product type and destination market where available. Buyers should confirm local import, labeling, food-contact and regulatory requirements before placing an order.
